Nishibori Studio
The office renovation is planned to bring much sunlight into the space by Installing a light-color shinny floor. The existing ceiling is mostly demolished to get more height, and one-third of the ceiling is left to be used as a storage for light weight stuff.
西堀スタジオ
築50年のオフィスビルの一室を現代的なスタジオにリノベーションした計画。昭和時代のコンクリート造の建築は天井の懐に余裕があるため、一部を軽量物用の収納として確保つつ大部分を解体し、天井の高い開放感のあるオフィス空間に。フローリングは工場などで使用される光沢感のあるライトグレーを採用し、曇りの日の多い新潟でも光に満ち溢れた空間となるようにした。
